Resolved : Issue scraping Excel ADI Popup in Automation; UiPath RPA

Issue:-
Unable to indicate on login button selector in Excel adding a popup window

Steps performed:-
- All the selectors in the popup window are validating but it is highlighting in the wrong position.
- We have checked in another working machine and able to highlight and validate the selector properly.
- We have compared both of the machines and could see the difference in the display scaling.
- When we check the display scaling we could see a custom scaling set on the machine.
- Once we change the display scaling to 100% in that machine and signed out, then it starts working after signing in.

Please be informed this issue could arise due to display scaling set on the machine, and if there is any conflict between display scale and application position scaling.In these kind of cases please make sure display scaling is 100% also signing out and signing in will help to resolve these issues.



FIX:

Even if  you have external monitor, this settings should work fine.
